Tsukuba Laptime Comparison

hello there!

i started a xls-sheet with a laptime comparison at tsukuba. i think i have tested ~65 cars on this track, all were stock and on n3 tires (except one, the W12 Nardo is on s1) and i drove each car between 5 and 10 laps.

given that limit i think i got a decent time with most of the cars(except the FF cars where i think i lost about 0.5-1 sec because of the DS2 controller), without wasting too much time. i know for almost every car that there are still some tenths to shape off but i think this testing method is fair for all cars...

but due to work, i wont have a lot of sparetime to continue this project and so i release this in a "beta" stadium, as i wanted overall about 100-150 cars in that list.

if you got any stock car laptime comparison on any track i would love to see your results too :)

oh, and you have to activate the makros in excel, i built some switch to sort the list(ps, laptme, weight etc...)

have fun

€:i didnt use any driving aids except traction control in some cars with more than 300 ps, max setting was 3, i used about 4-5 in the ff cars...

Well, I've taken a look at it, I guess I have to say I'm impressed. I would feel somehow outclassed yet your time with the Z06 vette and Ford GT are not too far from my own times. Same for Gabkicks and a few others. You said you did this with the DS2?, well, that's preaty impressive, then again what is easier to control or not is argueable, I find I'm more comfortable with the DFP compaired to the DS2, mainly because I've invested more time with the DFP.

But again, that's preaty impressive. I'd put up my own times, but I don't have access to a PS2 or the game save with the record (assuming it has not been accidenlty deleted... :scared: while I'm away from home...).

But well, it's just me, it's an intresting thing, no doubt a lot of time and effort, to which I say congrads 👍. I can't help but figure this might be more for the race reports than the standard forum, but lets see what someone else says.

I guess that's it so I'll leave it at that.

Till later.
