Tuning a sil eighty for nurb

So I’m tuning a sil eighty, and I have minimal upgrades , I’m at a loss of what to do at this point I feel like it could be faster , .1580 for third is where I get the most slip angle for mid and low speed corners

I have a tuning guide here you could use
I don’t quite understand the chart, I’m tuning based off of feel , I’m completely unsure of compression and what not but I’ll change values until the car does what I want it to . The settings I have so far is a translation of how I drive and try to control the car

I guess you mean "traction" instead?

Anyway, the sheet for suspension is a solution for mechanical grip.
It may feel good for how you drive outside of your problem mentioned above, and reading and applying the changes stated by the guide should help you gain more traction (until the car hits its limit where all that is left is having more input sensitivity).

At the moment I’m at a spot where when I’m at certain rpm it just scoots around the corner super fast as long as I don’t lift . If you watch my replays I’m constantly micro adjusting because I’m asking the car what it can do if that makes sense

Without knowing your current setup, its purpose, goal, and any restrictions (eg PP, weight & power limits) it’s hard to offer any constructive advice.
The chart @CTRL Garage links to, gives guidance on how to adjust your setup, with your current setup as a baseline. So, for example, if you are getting understeer on entry make small adjustments as suggested in the guide, and test.
If it helps, I’m happy to share a Sileighty tune, that I use for ‘CurryWurst’ public lobbies at the Nordschleife, which seems to hold its own against most competitors. You could see how that compares to your setup, however it is built to a very specific set of requirements.

Here’s the setup I use for 570PP races on the Nordschleife. Not sure if you’ll find it better or worse than what you have already, but it is different, and should allow you to contrast, and work out which direction to go in, with your setup.
Hope this helps.
