Tuning a Skyline R32

Hey guys noob here, Ive been playing the game for 2 days now and managed to buy a Nissan SKYLINE GT-R V・spec II (R32) '94. Thing is Id like to tune it but i dont know where to start. What kind of setup do you guys recommend??

I wouldn't really recommend this, as I'm a beginner in tuning as well, but here's a tune I did specifically for the Top Gear track - I could get a time of 1:07.932 with this.

The car still understeers badly and I haven't been able to resolve that. If anyone has any recommendations I'd be grateful 👍
For now, I'm just gentle with the throttle in corners, and generally don't apply full throttle coming out of a corner.
