Tuning issue

i have major problems with my bugatti veyron and Ford GT.. I'm bit of a speed demon so i try to increase the max speed of all my fast cars. The problem with my bugatti is it gets really stiff when im turning a corner(no matter what the angle of it is). If i turn the steering wheel all the way to the left or to the right when i intend to turn, it continues going straight. I've tried braking before and after and it doesnt seem to make a difference. The only way it will turn is if i go less than 50 mph. I think the problem might be because of the "body chassis" tuning. I thought making your car lighter was supposed to make it have better cornering and instead it does the opposite. Can anyone give me tips on how increase its handling and cornering? Maybe tweaking the braking or torque distributing center differential?

As for the Ford GT, it constantly slips(i dont know if its understeer or oversteer). In the first few laps of a certain track, i keep on sliding all over the place, however i get used to it after 3 laps and i'm able to successfully drift around the corners. Although the drifting is epic, i would still like it if it handled the way it did before i tuned it. I managed to save a replay of the ford gt in effect, just dont know if its possible to upload it somehow to my GT5 profile?

Any help would be appreciated.

The Ford GT is American, so you're shot there, and the Veyron weighs a metric **** tonne, so I cant say I'm surprised.

I'm guessing you've put another 200+HP on the Veyron and probably 300-400 on the Ford GT - Have you touched any of the options regarding Camber, Toe, Aero Kits/Downforce, LSD?

Increase the camber on the front wheels, increase the toe OUT on the front wheels, try and get some more downforce to the front of the car, and make the acceleration/braking sensitivity of the LSD higher so that the LSD works sooner.

That should encourage it to turn but I cant say if it'll work entirely, you have to find a balance of all these things. Shifting power too the rear may help but not too much, as it'll turn them into death traps.

ok, there was a big improvement to the bugatti's cornering, but it's still not good enough for a race. As for the Ford GT, as soon as i exit out of a corner, it totally spins out, doing 360's.

Need a lighter touch to the throttle on the exit and if you dont have one already, a wing on the back.

Be aware that the wing will only work at high speed (60mph +)

The Veyron will just need work. Remember, you're trying to get a rocketship to turn, its not easy.

Could any1 give me some more advice? IzoAzlion's tips helped a little, but it hasnt completely fixed my cars. I have done all the necessary tune ups suggested by others; as for a spoiler, u cant attach a wing to a bugatti, yet i have encountered other drivers online, who had the same top speed and acceleration and somehow their veyrons seemed to handle quite well.

As for the Ford GT, the suggested tune ups have made it worse.

Also i have a '76 ferrari that i bought a while back that has a major understeer/oversteering problem. Im guessing most of u could help with that particular ferrari as its the ideal car to get early in the game coz it owns in the classic, italian and ferrari races. And the fact that it's cheap. I have tried tuning it myself but that led to no good. After the first try on the trial mountain track in practice, i slipped too much before the 1st left corner, right side touched the curb and i two-wheel drived for about 1.5-2.5 secs. So, for some reason the car is very sensitive to even the slightest steering.

Maybe if i knew where the engines of the aforementioned cars are(front or rear) perhaps i would know where to distribute all the downforce. That might help a little with the suspension tuning as well. Wiki is no help.

Ferrari are generally mid engined cars, well some older ones might be rear, oriented.

Bugatti has 2 engines in the rear end.

Ford gt not sure really drove the GT GT in prologue and it was a monster of a vehicle could do the high speed ring without lifting off the throttle it was so sticky.

But your cars will show FR, MR, FF or along those lines in your garage menu indicating Front engined, rear drive, mid engined rear etc.

using the tuning guide for the bugatti veyron, it runs great now, but for a nurbugring nordschleife race, the bugatti bounces A LOT on the road causing me to carefully watch my speed coz otherwise i could easily spin out. How do i reduce the bumpiness handling on that certain track?
