Tuning sheet?

In the past i had someone make something for me since idk what everything does...but i lost it....any mind doing this for me

-Making a sheet that Describes what everything thing does

(dunno wut stuff does so dont critisize my example)
EX: turning up camber will increase turning responce while turning it down will increase straight stability


And just create like a sheet that says wut stuff does...

Plz someone do this

Of course you'll find differing opinions on absolutely everything though.
