Sign Gatorbait771 up for the fun! I guess I'll start out division A, but I'll be rising fast! My number for plated cars will be 74. I won't be able to make it tomorrow because I'm on vacation but count me in for next weekend! Look forward to racing with you!:D
 
Tonight is the first race I'll finally get to be involved in. I just got done working for the day so I'm going home to out in as many laps as I can. Hope to have a fun time with everyone tonight.

Car #74 is good, and if you would like to choose a unique color combination please refer to the drivers list to see what has already been chosen. We look forward to seeing you on the track soon! 👍

Welcome Gatorbait771, to the Turtle Racing League - Enduro Racing Series. To make your experience here an enjoyable one, we expect all drivers to follow "The Golden Rule of Motorsports".

The “Golden Rule” of Motorsports - “It is the responsibility of the overtaking driver, meaning the car that is attempting to execute the pass, to make sure that the pass is made cleanly and incident free.”

The reason “The Golden Rule of Motorsports” is the first thing you read when you get to Turtle Racing League and again when you sign up to join us, is that if you do not believe this rule applies to you, then this league is not for you.

Turtle Racing League is a casual, fun, and clean racing league. Therefore, you are encouraged to read and adhere to the GTPlanet Online Racing Rules and exercise Good Racecraft at all times, especially in turn 1. It is the policy of this league (except Division X) for you to hold your position in turn 1 and not try to improve it. We will not tolerate individual drivers taking the fun out of racing for others.

Please accept the PSN Turtle friend requests when they are sent to you. If you haven't already done so, you may (optional) choose a unique (refer to drivers list) car and wheel color combination. You will also need to choose a unique car number for cars with number plates.

Hey Johnny, welcome to the Turtle Racing League! And don't make fun, "intermediate" is my middle name. :lol: A couple of things though. The color combination you chose is great, but the car number has already been taken. If you don't mind please refer to the drivers list to see what numbers are already in use. Ahh bugger, I was only looking at division 2 numbers. I'll go with lucky #13 if possible.

No offense on the intermediate comment, I find that you regular racers are well above average. Suede on the other hand; well I'm solidly bringing up the rear, but I still have fun.

Great, you got lucky #13! No worries, and no offense whatsoever on the intermediate comment. :) Be sure to join our practice tonight at 8pm Eastern in Turtle Town. I'll try to make sure you have the Turtle FR's by then. There will be plenty of guys there to help you with any questions you may have.

Also be sure to go buy the Toyota 86 GT '12 from the new car dealership and if you don't have time to break it in (200 miles should do it) before practice at least change the oil. But, do not tune it in any way. We use the "Tuning Prohibited" filter for all of our practices and races. We look forward to seeing you on the track!

Hate to be that guy who keeps pointing out mistakes, but I believe you can't gift GT Academy cars to other players, so you're likely going to have to change the prizes for the Yardclip1 Daytona 500 and the Vintage Car Race.

You are correct about the GT Academy 2012 cars, they are not tradeable. However, the Nissan 370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy Version '08) is tradeable. In fact, I have traded for the Nissan GT-R SpecV (GT Academy Version) '09 as well. Let's hope they didn't change that in an update. Thanks for keeping an eye on things! 👍

UPDATE: I just traded the Nissan 370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy Version) '08 from my dupe account, so it is still tradeable. :D
