watched that video before, not bothering to watch it again. the twin drifting was really crappy, especially since the driver of the silvia was lacking in skill(he even ran into the RPS13 a few times) even the pic isnt twin drifting, notice the vast difference in counter-steer. twin drift is 2 cars doing exactly the same thing very close to eachother....not a battle.
 
Hahahah, you guys are too much.

Anyway, cool video, wish there was someone local I could drift with like that but there's only one person I drift with and he's got a heavy foot (usually doesn't pull off drifts). Plus he doesn't have a PS2, so we'd have to drift with autos on a split-screen... I hate autos...
Can't wait for GT4!!
 
ive produced many drift videos. so i dunno what your talking about night_drifter. and i doubt you can drift better than anyone in Team Slide Show :lol:
 
Hey, Pergatory, come time when GT4 is released in US, I'll be glad to double drift with ya. I am in a similar situation as almost none of my friends have PS2 and the one that does, only cares about Indy cars. I would also like to see if we could run like 6 or more drifters in one scene, that would kik ass.

For sure, finding 6+ drifters will be easy. Just imagine how many will participate from Japan alone. Plus I think the GT3 scene is still growing (it seems like I just joined personally) so when GT4 comes out we should be able to make a dent and let Japan know that the world enjoys and appreciates this (relatively) new sport that they have created.
 
I think we are already doing that, with the sudden influx of drift events and competitions in the US. The D1 Grand Prix is already making a stop here after such a short time!
 
today (sunday the 17th) they're having a car show of the D1 GP cars in SoCal little tokyo......and imma be THUR. :P

i think ken's r34 sedan's gonna be there....I HOPE
 
hey dont change the subject, well anyways i can race drift and you guys can grip all you want, but i know forsure my drifting time is way faster your gripping time, when i drift on trial mountain i hit 1:23 and when i grip i hit 1:22 on my S15, with SS tires too, you guys sucks because you used Sim tires and you think that drift with sim tire is going to win a grip car with SS tires, damn you guys need to get serious or else you wont learn anything, well anyways i dont need a team, im a solo drifter and for sure i can beat you guys with my drifting skills versus your gripping skills, i'll be using the same car as you guys are using, because if i use other cars, it wouldnt be fair or it wont show whos better, so bring on your time and say anything you want in this thread, im cool even if its other stuff, its a free country right?
 
umm..drifting isn't about lap times(this has been stated at least 100 times) if you think it is, then your drifting for the wrong reasons. as you pointed out yourself, you grip faster than you drift. AMAZING, aint it? nobody wants you on a team, nor do they care if you want to race them. if you would try to learn english and maybe act your age...people would respect you. but as of now your just making a fool of yourself.
 
hahahahhahhaha, thanks for the advice but its ok, well what im saying is that i can drift faster the gripper in here thats all, well why would i want to join some weak teams, too good for that, you better take care yourself and stop talking smack because you just dont know how to stop, stupid do what stupid does, and thats you man or women cant tell hahahahha!!!!!
 
haha, great picture, dude..NightDrifter..if you're going to tell somebody they're stupid, you might want to make sure your post actually makes sense
 
Isn't this an old topic? I dun see why we have all this hatred going around :P Honestly the drifts in this video aren't that good. And just cause someone can drift faster then someone else doesn't make them a better drifter -_-. Seriously night_drifter u need to brag somewhere else... preferably where speed matters... which isn't really in this forum... :(
 
Why is everyone talkin all this smack about people who post videos? You all have issues, seriously. Get over yourselves. You should encourage him if anything, if a person isn't that great now, they will surely get better unless people like you make them lose interest.
 
hey, cool video.........i wanna post some of my videos but i dun have the stuff to do it. and i dun even have to ask if ur an Initial D fan...........:lol:
