What a great game it turned into!! Excellent.

Ibrahimovic. What a mighty athlete he is. If you take the ball away, he will get it back.

Did the additional assistant actually do something? :odd:

Dennisch
Beautiful goal by Walcott. Best of the tournament so far.

And Isakson shows what a poor goalie he actually is..

How is that goal of the tournament? It was right in the middle of the goal! Not a lot of power, no real placement, any decent keep should have had that well covered, its shocking that it went in in my opinion, major failure by Isakson.
If you want to name a goal of the tournament from this game, it has to be Carroll's header for me. Great cross, great header, great goal.
For me though, Gomez's first goal against the Dutch is the best so far. That turn

OK then. Worst goalkeeping of the tournament :dopey:

What were you guys saying about Wellbeck??

Edit.

New best goal of the tournament.

Well, good comeback, and Walcott is actually being a useful player for once. Good game, we might actually beat the Swedish for once!

Is anyone watching this with the alternative commentary from Chris Moyles on the red button? It's brilliant

Interesting facts.
England have never beaten the hosts at a European Championships
They have never beaten Sweden
And they have never won the opening game.

And now they can check on of those off the list if they win.

Why didn't you say so earlier :dopey:

Oxlade-Chamberlain on for Welbeck.

Clearly we've been missing out on a much better commentary team. Loved the Countdown timer just now.

Yep, 3-2 England.

Surprised that Sweden came back like that just after half time, but England pulled it off in the end with 2 more goals, which was also a surprise.
