Ultimate Gran Turismo 1 Time Trial Challenge

This is going to be a challenge, that puts you in a random car, around a Gran Turismo 1 track. Different cars for different tracks. The cars are fully tuned, and race modded.

Traditional rules apply: no wallriding & at least 2 wheels on the track.

The rules for timing are basically the same as the Hotlap Challenges, but for this one, it's the Total Time that counts. You will race on every course of the game, except for the Test Course.

Is there any reason why two dodge vipers are used? Perhaps chuck in a wild card, like Mazda demo, or a 900hp supra? Or why not a race car like the Castrol super GT?

I'm preparing the reverse course times, and the reverse courses will have different cars to drive. Reverse Course times will be added to the first post soon. And the night tracks will have... SPECIAL MODELS! Cars that can't be tuned but are still fun to drive!

Is this challenge still going on? it looks like fun to try. I saw this early yesterday and started building and setting up the cars to run the time trials. Took me at least an hour to fine tune the Z28 the run the mini in under your time Andy. Then just when I start to post some of the times that I have on the cars I have tuned I see I have to tune it up some more since I'll now have to knock off a couple of more seconds of my mini I time since Stevisiov beat my time before I got to post it. lol I'm having some fun just setting up these cars that I have never driven before and some I'll probably not drive again of at least one unless it gets a hybrid make over on the handling. How I shattered your Clubman Stage Route 5 time on the first try and with out bouncing off the walls in that car I'll never know. If this is still going on I'll try to get all my times done some time as soon as I get the cars built setup and tested. Learning to Hybrid will have to wait some more. At least till I get the first one I built today fine tuned so the handling part matches the speed part of the hybrid.
