dude he is talking about the actual unveiling of the cars withing the GT demo since some car can't be used , and the GTR is masked , and the WRX is fully covered

hmmm....yeah, I should look better next time round

we're talking about the GT-r, mazda, lexus and wrc impreza right???? I didn't know the GT-R would be unveiled as well...that would be awesome to have interior view of the GT-r!!!! plus the impreza is gonna be sweet as well!!!

Let me explain, I have to go away with work for a week tomorrow, so on the day the content is due to start being opened up I will be away. I don't get back until late on Friday (26th) when at least I will get them all to play with in one go.

Yeah I tried that aswell...

So I guess you will have to connect to get them all unlocked over the next few days.....

Here is what the official website for GT5 says:

- During the unveiling events period between the 23rd and 25th of October, some car models will not be available for racing, or the car’s display appearance may change depending on the time you play.

Also it's worth noting a couple other quotes from the official guide to the GT5 Demo:

- All of the online functionality (unveiling, “Gran Turismo TV”, news) in the free downloadable demo will become unusable after the full version “Gran Turismo 5 Prologue” is released.

- If you delete the save data after the online functionality has stopped, the unveiling events will return to their initial state and you will not be able to proceed. Be careful when handling the save data.

the gtr now has a red cover over it just like the blue one covering the Subi sti!!!!! no more using the gtr until it is fully unwrapped

I just have to say that this is sooo cool. I hope that car manufacturors will work with PD to unveil their new cars like this more in the future, including sponsored downloads that you can use to testdrive their cars and so on!

And I love the silk effect! Some awesome lighting and physics in there. Can't wait to get home and see the red version of this:

Does anyone know the schedule of events for the TMS? It would be interesting to see if the cars become unveiled as they are presented at the show or if they just kind of open up randomly throughout the week.
