Bio (description of your characters past, present, and future goals): Max was born in East London and lived with his mother. Life was tough in London so when he was 17 he moved to liberty city to try and make big money. But the American dream wasn’t what he expected, he was soon vey poor and was forced to have many jobs. When he finally had enough money he decided to setup his own business and decided to name his business in honour of his step father, “Mike Rotch deliveries” His company fleet consists of Speedo’s and burrito’s. Max also rents his vans out and a common customer is martin who uses the speedo to smuggle buggies from a private jet in Francis International Airport. Max still runs his business to this current day and is happy delivering goods over the city.
Personality: Max is a friendly person and the kind of guy you’d want to go for a pint with. His jokes are rather immature but his friends seem to like them.

Grew up around Cars and Motor racing as he lived 5 miles from Laguna Seca, grew very fond of the idea of racing and told himself that is where his future lies. Spent all his life with aspirations of being a racing driver. Got into a race team when he was 17 with Hairpin racing. However was disqualified for using an engine which made more power with half the capacity, and got banned from the series because Americans wanted massive engines. Moved to Liberty City as he was hated in his home county.
Currently works with Roman Bellic as his buissness partner and Taxi driver, as he bought half the company off Roman. Occasionally takes out his Race prepared Sultan on trackdays and race events for enjoyment. Gets lots off attention about his car and his skills.
Luca hopes to drive in a race team again once people forget about his past. Luca also has plans to buy the rest of Bellic enterprises off Roman and run it himself under a new name of On Time Taxis.
Personality: Helpful, caring and trustworthy, but also for good friends will do special favors for them that could get me into trouble.

One day a car accident changed his life. Him and his three other teammates crashed into a tree killing all but rex. Now rex has vowed to live a life saving others and putting his life on the line in honor of his fallen friends. Great pilot and marksmen he goes into any situation on foot or in the air with one goal. Get the goals to safety. Grew up in Lancet now trying to earn what little money he can protecting the citizens of LC.
Personality: Quit but still a little outgoing the past seems to creep up on him hurting some relationships but still deep down his life will always come before anothers.

Bio: Eric was a good student in High School who was forced to drop out after he and his family would be left homeless unless he got a job. The only one he could find that was with good income was being a drug mule. After a year, he earned enough to save his family's house, as well as buy his own, so instead of going back to High School, he decided to pursue his career on the streets of Liberty City, he was called up by his boss, and told someone was threatening the drug business, and Eric was needed to silence him. He was then used as a paid assassin, and gained more riches, and bought an expensive house.

Personality: Appears to be an outgoing person, when he's not in a high speed shoot out, he's at a bar or bowling alley with friends, loves long walks on the beach.

Bio: born September 17th 1986, in Liberty city, where his dad owned a delivery business. he had a simple life with a brother. Cruz went to 3 different schools with moderate grades. He never really cared about being successful, instead being happy was most important to him. By the end of school in his final year, his dad had developed a cancer and had to be put in hospital for treatment. after 3 years of battling the cancer his dad passed away, leaving the delivery business to Cruz. Since he never studied any certain job he took over the place. Few months later and he lived alone in a small home with average vehicles. He renovated the delivery office and had many costumers. In the future he plans to upgrade the business to more locations throughout the country

Personality: easygoing guy, who likes simple things and never over does anything.
