small fix to the jac0-1 skin

I accidentally left a file in , which resulted in some red paint being smeared on the inside of the car...

just delete interiorcarbonbase.dds from the skins\jac0-1 folder to fix it.

so is it bobskype or Akis that is the modder ? Anyway , I will credit them both
but these old versions they don't even run anymore in current AC/CSP ...
I will include the added skins though and try and see if anything else has 'updated' from the version I started out from. Thx!
