Use the G29 Shifter as a handbrake?

Hello guys,

I'm a typical AWD Drifter and i need the handbrake for a correct intro sometimes, when swinging in before isn't enough.

So i would like to know if you can use the genuine Logitech G29 Shifter als a Handbrake in GT Sport? Can you remap the Pattern of the Shifter in the Game?

I need a pull handbrake with a rubberband to pull it back, is this possible?
