A "100 Mil grindathon" test drive.Someone gave it a test drive
A "100 Mil grindathon" test drive.Someone gave it a test drive
I say the same when I visit the real online used car marketplace. Only 2% of the used cars currently on sale there have travelled under 10k miles, while 70% of them have travelled more than 50k miles. Why is that? 🤔the price and mileage on cars all seem bogus too. Like why are there a **** load of cars with 50k+ miles vs under 10k, under 5k miles?
They are at 0 miles. On Brand Central, that is.Let’s have them with 0 instead...
Pre 01 ain’t.They are at 0 miles. On Brand Central, that is.
Brand Central only sells cars 2001 and after, so yeah.Pre 01 ain’t.
I second this. Especially when you have to wait months for a color you want.I like that they've changed this. So its not the same undesirable colour with massive mileage sitting there for 10 days or so. Hope this is a permanent change.
Two things could be affecting what you see in the garage:I just bought one of the "new" classic Minis in the UCD and noticed the PP was 14 points higher than the higher mileage Mini I already had bought earlier. So not only does the mileage and colour change, but price and PP to suit the mileage. 👌
Ah, good point. I bought the higher mileage one last month but haven't used it. PP was 251. New purchase is lower miles but shows 264 PP. I'll check the PP of the older one next time I'm on.Two things could be affecting what you see in the garage:
Tonight's mileage (and possibly color; I don't keep track of color) changes affected the last 20 cars, including 2 cars that sold out.
- Your usage of the higher-mileage garage Mini.
- GT7 does not recalculate PP for cars you previously used after a global PP update until you get into them again, and the last update was a global PP update. If you used that Mini before late October and didn't since, the garage will still show the pre-update PP, not the post-update PP, until you get into the car again.
I do like the idea of checking the UCD each day or two. Strange as it sounds, there's a sense of accomplishment finding exactly the model and colour you want. I would make a few changes however. I'd increase the size of the UCD, maybe split them into different lots specialising in older classics, tuned cars etc. Even something as simple as changing the background image on cars so it looks like you're browsing Autotrader. At this point, why not just give a color option like in Brand Central?
Because PD only like realism when it suits them. Car prices? They must match reality. Used car availability? No, only 30 cars available to buy at any one time in whatever colour we decide. At this point, why not just give a color option like in Brand Central?
Every time I see the Subaru Impreza Coupe WRX typeR STi version VI '99 in the used car lot I buy it. It's the reason I own a current gen STi in real life, the reason I got into racing games in general. Loved that car in GT2 to death.Definatley a reson to check more often now. I can never have enough Trans Am's in black.
Why not just throw every car into Brand Central as in the previous game?At this point, why not just give a color option like in Brand Central?
I did notice in GT Auto you can remove all spoilers and basically recreate a mid-90's Impreza. So I will try to recreate a Group A replica. Just need to find out which gold wheels it used and the exact shade of '555' blue.Every time I see the Subaru Impreza Coupe WRX typeR STi version VI '99 in the used car lot I buy it. You would be correct. At least the last 2 nights, cars 11-30 had their details changed, while cars 1-10 were "stable".I believe the overnight changes are caused by a glitch.
Four letters - FOMO.Why not just throw every car into Brand Central as in the previous game?
This time, that might be it. They've recently changed UCD to also have cars change colors, but there's probably a value in code that does it to every car every day instead of only the cars that appear as new for the day.I believe the overnight changes are caused by a glitch.
did a little bit of googling and found these, maybe they'll help with livery/color editorI did notice in GT Auto you can remove all spoilers and basically recreate a mid-90's Impreza. Minder!Arthur Daley used car lot. I suspect only people of an age,and probably in the UK,will know who i mean.
"Itshappening.gif" is on standby when it drops. The ‘71 CSL is back. Now, maybe when the ‘73 returns, it’ll switch up to the Motorsport stripes.
It’s been my PS5 avatar since Day One."Itshappening.gif" is on standby when it drops.
Minder and the Sweeney were part of my growing up tv shows,i must have watched them both over a dozen times over the years. The capri caught fire near gatwick airport sometime ago,i dont know what happened to it in the end. 👍Minder!
Never saw that show, just read an article in a Classic Ford Magazine about the Capri from the series some time ago.
Back in the 80s, many British TV series were aired here but Minder never did.
I'm beginning to suspect the daylight savings time borked the used car lot.Cars haven’t changed today. Hope they haven’t gone and pulled this one from us. If it was a test, I say it passed, but if it was a silent bug, easy come easy go.
