User Decals - A Tutorial On How To Make .SVG (Request in separate thread)

Hello,

I have a decal in Inkscape that would cannot resize to a smaller file. No matter how I resize it, it always exports at around 64kb. Using SVGOMG causes me to lose a lot of detail if I resize it there. Isn’t there a way to resize it within Inkscape itself and save it at that new size? Would appreciate some help. Thanks.

Resizing makes almost no difference to file size in SVG. Attach the SVG file you're working on here and we may be able to help.
