well after interest died we didn't go on with it, but if your still keen to run a series like this I am restructuring it, it will be based around,

well... V8 supercars will be the overall championship, all cars will be eligible to compete for that,
then modern muscle and classic muscle winners will get 2 additional points for a class win and 1 point for second, on top of their collected championship points,
mainly because I don't think at the higher downforce tracks and tracks with decnt straights the muscle cars will have much of a chance because of their low downforce slab shape,

Helpful insight Dave the Z28 and C1 don't get to 1350kgs to my memory. Also the Challenger TC only has 15, 35 DF so can't keep up with the Camaro SS RMs 35, 60DF.

it was just a base idea, but I didn't think there would be so much difference between all the cars, seriously would've expected the camaro Z28 to make 600BHP but it falls short,
the Dodge TC as you say only has 15 points DF on the front as you said
with these specs so different I may chuck the trans cammer in to this as well

How many more did u need for series i was going to start a Sunday afternoon version of the same thing and had about six guys interested in rm muscle series maybe combine the same2 the

I want to keep this to the V8 FR base line, the cars that are up aren't 100% certain, I was thinking perhaps allowing the 93 calsonic skyline to give this series a historic feel, covering 60s/70s group D/E, 80s/ 90s group A, and current V8 Supercar championship feel, but there's enough road going 80s cars, Datsun Blurbird, Skyline R32, Commodore SS, lotus carlton, volvo 240 GL etc, so there's an idea for another series
but post me a link to your idea and I'm sure we can work something out,time is up for debate, it seems there will only be around 2 Australians competing thus far, so we might go for a more international time zone,

I haven't tried today, but last night if I could join a lobby that's as far as I got, I could get in to some then 30 seconds later I would get DC'd sometimes just kicked from the server, other times right out of playstation network, I had run out of smokes so I just give up

probably saturday mornings or sunday lunch time our time, but as I previously stated it may be closer to a euro/ u.s time zine depending on where the majority of the field is,
my suggestion is to sign up and keep watching the thread, my understanding is that another possible 7 australians may sign up,

Its a pre season round mate, so it won't affect the championship, I am aware of your lack of DLC, hence why its a pre season race, and if you noticed all regular season races are non DLC,
Its more that most aussies will relate to the west course, I have tried several times to re create australian tracks, I would have thought that it would be simple at tokyo bay to re create the Adelaide street circuit seeing as the majority of it is right angled corners, but its not so pimle because the degree of difficulty points system is not consistent enough to predict how its going to work next,
