Try changing your camera settings from 4:3 to 16:9 when taking a photo for a wider, more visually interesting picture. Also by setting your shutter speed to 1/4 of a second or more can give it a lot more motion.

Just some tips, love the car and color. 👍

Mad props on the 86

AE86s should dominate the ARMR section, they're perfectly suited to the tight layout. Hell, I think my Levin and SS version are both faster than my Challenger which has more than three times the power. :)

The good news in all of this is that during tandem battles each car gets to lead :) Makes it hard on both drivers no matter what the car is. God I miss online :(

Well i had a quick tune with the diff today and have got it to hold huge angle :)

Mind me asking what you're running diff wise? I tend to go with a completely closed diff.

It seems to suit this car i found the locked diff was restricting the angle i could get in the 86, whether it works online is a different story :(

i run 30/30/20 as a defualt then adjust if need but it works on most things

Wow that is a bunch of different numbers....I went through the old LSD thread on here and just decided that 60/60/60 just made the most sense. I'll have to try those all out. Mostly I just end up tuning the suspension if I want the car more snappy.

I seem to like mine the way i have it set-up. runs a decent angle without losing grip and only spinning the inside tire like a open dif

Mines on my typical "balls out" drifting style setup, can spin both wheels all the time , its pretty fast and short be fairly competitive :)

For a base tune I set the diff to 30/60/60 and then go from there. A low powered car I might use 60/60/60 but for a more powerful car it may be something like 5/30/15.

That makes sense enough, I'll have to try it out on my new drifter...pics coming tonight ;)

I like how I said "bass tune" like the instrument before I edited it hahaha. :D

But yeah, on higher powered cars it feels like overkill using such beefed up settings, most of my cars with around 400-600hp have something like 20/50/40. I've found when I stick to numbers similar to these the car suits my driving best. 👍

i love the cars that car low powered you can just hold the gas out and have so much fun!!

Haha yep, the 86 I got ahold of the other day all you do is spin the wheel out to full lock, floor the gas and that's it. The way you drift low powered cars is insanely different compared to their high powered counterparts.

yes very! But i dont have a trueno. I only have a M5 and a 350z for drifters

I prefer low powered stuff I find it more fun and rewarding :)

While I'm really starting to like my low powered stuff, I don't think my thoughts will change about high powered cars. There's something so satisfying about coming up to an outrageously long sweeper on a custom track for the first time thinking, "can I pull this corner?", only to do it with ease and then some.

:D

Horsepower's like sex.......never enough of it.
