Ok i got it put up!! And for the spinning wheels make the shutter speed 1/60 is what i use, i put pictures a page or two back.

On page 33 of this thread i posted pictures of last nights VDC practice. I put the Shutter Speed at 1/60 the lowest (farthest to the left) but make sure you put the car in the box selection and push square to focus. And it will be steady on your car.
