you know, Even if this entire event doesn't work out. I've been in the practice rooms and I've actually became a better drifter. I usually drift with random people online and they always use comfort softs and 4wd cars or keep crash.

It would be really disappointing because the H2h #2 failed, D1GP failed... I was so keen on this event...

I think the biggest problem is the time zones and the people who are not willing to show up to the practices and learn the track the style spank wants it too be.
EDIT: yeah h2h #2 failed also did d1gp (was a big mess)

What's the problem with learning the track? It's hard to do it right but everybody knows where the clipping points are.

That's the problem people assume they know and when we get to qualifying and they get a crap score. Even though they think they did awesome. Then they end up sending me videos for me tk watch again. And it never works out.

Bro ,Thats Why there should be a rule stating that the judge score is final even if you (the participant) find it 1000% unfair ... the judges's scores are final.
Whats the point of having the judge if everybody wants to argue their scores after hearing them !?
If someone doesnt like the score he is free to leave (including myself)
I did not and will not agrue about a score after a score is given
I might give my comments right after runs sometimes to clear things up before the score is given.

IMO that should always be implied. The judges for an event are THE JUDGES. The score is always final. Definitely appreciate that you get that man.

Spank, keep this event running! You are doing an awesome job with this and I don't think more than 5% of all people here would complain about a crappy score. You know how to judge and what you are doing here so if it's just about this please ignore senseless complaining from people who are just disappointed because they sucked at their qualify run.
I was so smashed how good the event last weekend worked.
You said something like you don't have enough time for your son: There are just 2 or max. 3 hours every saturday and sunday where you really have to show up. Practice lobbys and stuff like that can be managed by participants.

Oh i already told them it was final. And unfair to the other people if i rejudged thir run. If i would have done that then everyone that didnt agree would want it.
Thats the problem is i only get my son on the weekends. Maybe i can work something out with stig or someone who wants to take over the event, and help run it. I will still provide the prizes but you just wouldnt rely on me being there to run it. If we can do that we can keep it running. The only thing i can do now is play on the week days and keep training for next years GT Academy.

Next week I'm away from monday till friday but after this I have alot of time and I could help organizing it if you want me to! But I can't help with judging because I'm a participant

I'm only available for the next 4 weekends for sure. I'm not sure what will happen after that as I'm going off to college. I'll be talking to spank, but for the moment this weekend's madrid run is certainly postponed.
