Vettel Challenge

Wow this nonsense still going on...

Exorcet looks like you must always have the final say huh, even when you're clearly proven wrong, and you try to make others look wrong instead. Twisted your way too far and no guts to admit it huh.

Ooops wait I didn't say that. Nono you're not wrong. It's just other people.
Please spare me of your imaginative reasoning.

No, you're cheating because you're not getting the car ASAP, as I would do. You disagree with me, so you're wrong.

That is flawed. And it's why I keep disagreeing with you, it's your own line of reasoning. The only justification you have for saying that glitching is wrong is because you don't do it. What PD intended is not the correct way of doing things. It's merely what they intended.

There is also no purpose to the VC, besides whatever purpose the player decides to give it, by the way. If that purpose turns out to be a means to getting the car, then that is the purpose.

You will always disagree, which is absolutely fine by the way, it's your opinion. Even, if what you're saying is invalid, non-sense, it makes for amusing reading if nothing else.

Polyphony Digital designed Gran Turismo to simulate racing. ...(and "racing" is a correct way of doing things) That is their intended purpose, not driving through walls to cheat.

VC isn't a race. Is it not correct?

And once more, I completely agree that PD intended for things to be done a certain way. They never intended for glitches. But that doesn't change anything. No one is being cheated by breaking through walls. So glitching the VC isn't cheating.

Neither is trading for car without ever racing just to take pictures of them, or flipping cars over on purpose to see what's underneath them. If that is all you ever did, you would be as correct as someone who played to get 100% complete.

Cat and Mouse was completely user created in Forza, and it was no less legit than the game modes created by Turn 10. The same is true about dirty racing, drag racing, and drift racing online. Unintended, but certainly correct.

Why would PD's intentions determine what's proper? That's just silly.

@Exorcet: give up. They are even thinking that they are more clever than the wikipedia community. It's pointless. :ouch:
Try reading my previous post again and understanding it first before quoting from Wikipedia, which is not factual information, just people's opinions.

You can't call glitchers cheaters. But yea, it's not "fair play". ;)

But who cares? The out of map glitching is now with patch 1.11 finally fixed. :D:tup:

I have a theory that put people that glitch and non-glitchers together: both will dye someday. Beyond that...nah. (These are the conclusions I took from reading the thread)
