Hey all,

I'm trying to use a video capture program...FRAPS 1.9a to showcase my drifts...but I'm having processor speed problems - the minimum requirements are a P2 processor and a TNT graphics card, which is what my computer exceeds...

When I try to make an ingame video (I use connectix), the whole thing becomes very jerky and the .avi file is crappy as well...

Is there any workaround (short of upgrading), or are there any similar programs that I can look at? Thanx:D

Hey sny_pher, glad to hear you goin to capture more of ur GT2 drifts.

Yep, Snagit does just as good for video capturing. Also try not to capture at a resolution any higher than 320x240. If it's still choppy, let me know.

Hey 19xx, nice to see u again :)

Ok, I will be trying to capture my 300zx drift tonite...

I didn't know that the 300zx was a talent at drifting :) In fact, I think it handles way better then the RX7s...and possibly even the Silvias...

I am at my wits' end......:banghead:

I think that my computer is too slow to handle either snagit or Fraps......:(

19xx, what do u think are the optimum steeings for a p3 500, 128 mb ram and a 16 mb TNT video card on snagit? I'm not too familiar with the program, maybe there are some tweaks that I don't know about...
