For those new to the series or unfamiliar with the rulebook, in the case that P2 cars miss the event, GTE cars are added to the field on a race to race basis.

The 300km of Austria is this weekend, so let's get ready for some racing. Balance of Performance for GTE Class has been adjusted, and is reflected in the OP. Rules clarifying penalties for warping back to pit lane during qualifying have also been reintroduced, and other minor adjustments have been made in regards to class references in the rulebook being inaccurate.

Car #65: Written Warning--Livery violation in regards to rule 3.14: Tire supplier decal is missing on the C-Pillar, where it should be present on both sides of the car. Must be addressed before the next race in the season.
Car #7: Written Warning--Livery violation in regards to rules 3.12, 3.13, 3.14: Livery falls out of regulations in multiple areas. Must be corrected before the next race of the season.
Car #5: Repeated track limits violations: 45 second post race time penalty.
Car #2: Severe track limit violation (L30, T11): 5 second post race time penalty.
Car #44: Repeated track limit violations: 45 second post race time penalty.
