Video playback in CE?

Dear all,
When I take part in TT, I can playback my lap and analyze it. I can pause and have a 360 view of the car: see the breaking points and etc.

I was hoping to analyze the demo lap in a CE, but I am not sure it can be done. Pause I can, but do a 360 view of the car and surrounding I cannot.

Any idea how to do it?

Ok, the reason I though it can be done is because for TT, I can analyze the lap of someone else, not just mine.

Anyways, you say there is no way around it? What I want to know if for the CE, what do the fastest people do or at least the demo lap.

You can find replays for CEs in the showcase and study those. You won't be able to study as you want the demo.

You'll find other players' ghosts to be lapping quite a bit faster than the demo ghosts are, anyway.

And you mean replays, right?

it's the same, you can add them to your collection and use them in TT (instead of loading a ghost from the top ten)

I know, because top 10 alien's times are too fast for me, so I use regular people's ghost to progress and keep the ghost not too far (even with sector reset) 😅

Folks, I am wondering…is it possible to use controller buttons to pause/play, rewind 10 sec or move forward frame by frame? If I do it by clicking on the player buttons, I cannot see the telemetry

But how? Player menu covers the car dashboard and I want to rewind, pause, move frames while seeing the dashboard

ah maybe, I need to try to remind me how it behaves completely

[Edit]Yes you need to go back and forth with O button to hide player menu to see dashboard, but you can pause, move frame by frame, and then hide the menu to see dashboard

would be cool to be able to move frame by frame without calling back player menu though

Yes, exactly. So it means there is no way to operate the player by controller only while seeing car dashboard and not the player menu?
