There's a great difference in sound between incar/ other camera position, compared to the tv-style replay.
Incar and such are much louder and heavier than the tv-style replay camera.
I think because the wind deforms the sound or something, or atleast the programmers tried to create that effect.

That shouldn't really matter when a car goes by you and your all the way in the stands you should be able to hear it LOUD and clear especially a "TUNED Z06" A normal Z06 is a monster hearing it in the distance. This especially goes for ferraries

hmm, guess it has to do something with the sound options.
I just noticed that the sound is more louder when living room is selected, rather than the large room which has much less bass in the sound.
could be different ofcourse when you have a more expensive audio setup hooked up to the optical port on the PS3.

edit: oh, and i made a video too today. One of the A class events, but i cut off the last lap and copied the end off the race over the end of lap 4:

The "&fmt=18" is crucial if you want to view high quality versions, but for sure the original uploaded video will have to be higher quality videos (e.g. 480x360 for 4:3 video, 480x272 for 16:9 video).
