Yea practice went very well. There were only a total of 4 that showed up, but we all had a good time testing.

I grabbed some pics for the fun of it.

I finally decided to sign-up. I've been thinking about it for a while, attempting to figure out if my schedule works for this, so far it seems like it does; so...

Peelster1/TBD/TBD/Chevrolet Camaro Z28 RM '69

Car and wheel color TBD based on what team I'm on. Right now ace's team is full and Team Sonoco and Team Redhawks are at 2 with Team Hodge Podge at 1. So I could either be put on Team Hodge Podge or AngryEater could be placed on Team Sonoco or Team Redhawks and then I could be placed on whichever one is left for 3 teams of 3. Otherwise, it's 1 team of 3 and 3 teams of 2.

Anyone going to be on tonight for practice for the pre season race?
Well I should be there. ;)
I'll be on. We can just go into aceboy's lounge.

Also Andrew has been banned from GTP so I will post on his behalf also.
Ok see you there.

Welcome officially Peelster.
Also, join whichever team you want. We need at least 5, because we have 14 signups.
Join Sunoco, we have cookies!
What no cupcakes?

Who is ready for Sunday? :D:tup:

In terms of excitement yes, for proficiency of execution... struggling... anyone else running a G27? I'd appreciate some words of advice ; I'm comfortable with the clutch and mostly find the correct gear when not flustered, although the wheel pulls rapid oscillatory when coming out of turns. Perhaps I'm exacerbating the behavior with poor setting choices.

Have you got your controller sensitivity turned down to - 2? Negative 2? That helps a lot on ovals. At least it did for me.

I'm up at 7 on my steering wheel

I was curious not about the controller sensitivity ;but rather the wheel feedback strength settings. Thanks for the replies.

Oh no Mr. Teammate, Racefan & I will have to without. Will you be available for the season opener? Please enjoy your Memorial day weekend.

As far as I know, yes it does affect the wheel. I have mine turned down on ovals to kill some of the imput feedback and to keep it from oversteering. Especially at Daytona.

Who's up for joining Team Sunoco!

I'll join. While I don't have "Pacific Blue", I do have "Pacifico Azzurro" which translates to Pacific Blue from Italian. (Unless, that's what you meant all along with the color "Pacific Blue". I'm not sure if "Pacific Blue" and "Pacifico Azzurro" are 2 separate colors.)

For a "bright" yellow, do you mean light, vibrant, or metallic? Maybe you could help me by telling me what yellow you're using.

Also, what number do you want me to be?

Not sure which yellow I used, it was three years ago I put the car together... I can possibly send you a pacific blue.

Run no. 86 please
