Voice in lobby reads out the chat

Hi guys, i have a irritating voice in the lobby who reads out the chat (who comes in etc) does anybody know how to shut this off?

It's a console setting on PlayStation 5.

Go to your console's Settings, then Accessibility, and deselect Chat Transcription.

Ive done that, and she still announces qualifying times (can't hear much else) during Nation/manufacturers Cups.
She also announces when people enter or exit races or my room if i set one up in the multiplayer lobby.
