Well done to all the racers our there today. I'm sorry for being such a whiney ass after the race, but I was pretty darn mad at the game. I guess I just had myself hyped up for a great race, and then when it was ruined by the game rather than by myself, my mood just dropped. Hopefully that won't happen tomorrow.

The OP has of course been updated with the race results, and I'll see most of you again tomorrow.

And remember that the races tomorrow are held at noon/afternoon. Not in the evening.

Eh, it's alright. We all get like that. I too was irritated during the race too. So excited, then a first corner crash. Thought Skengdigi had ruined my race, but then I was really down on pace anyway. Did about 15 1:05.xxx laps and ONE 1:04.930. That's how down I was on pace. Plus twice I had a lapse in judgement and crashed. Once I ran wide at turn 5, then coming back on the car gripped hard and flicked into the wall. The other I ran wide last turn and put it backwards into the wall.

Just looking at tomorrows race time and i see its a early race , i might have to miss one of them :(

If it's okay with the others, I can push both races back one hour. Resulting in the lobby opening at 12.00GMT, and the first race starting one hour after that.

12:00 GMT is gonna be at 10 for me... Great, I really don't see any problem with it!

Another thing I wanted to say. When we have 3 or more people getting damaged on the first lap, it's completely okay to ask for a restart. I understand how frustrating it must've been, so please do ask in the future.

Can the race be on hols for like 10-15 mins? I might need those time because I'm going to eat breakfast now.

I love my luck. Battling for the lead, then two crashes ruin my race. Then I'm leading and running away with it, then I get disconnected.

With our first race weekend done with, this is how the scoring is looking thus far.

TMguardian_DANI has proven to be unstoppable with 3 wins in a row, giving him a total of 45 points.

Tuner307 is not far behind, with a total of 35 points.

In 3rd, we have MattieM with 27 points.

I follow in 4th, with 25 points.

GTP_Mitchelin99 is close behind with 22 points. Luck hasn't been on his side, as he dropped out of our 3rd race due to technical issues.

In 6th place, we have Johnwells69 with 15 points.

SkengD takes 7th, with a total of 9 points.

And m8h3r takes 8th, with 5 points.

MSTER has yet to attend any race, and as such is left with 0 points.

Don't lose hope just yet though, as we still have 3 races and a special event left. Everything can happen, as we move on to more difficult tracks. My personal experience with the races vary. With the exception of the first 10 laps of Tsukuba, I hated the race. Tokyo wasn't much better, as I accidently turned into Tuner on 2nd lap, when I thought no one was on my right.

The last race, however, is a different story. Grand Valley is a great track for these cars, and Mattie and I spend all 23 laps battleing for 3rd.

Here's hoping that the remaining races can be as compititive as that one.

I liked the races today. Tokio went better than i expected, during free run i couldn't set laptimes below 2:02:000 while the fastest time was 2:00:7 or something. Plus i crashed a lot. Luck was on my side at this race, Dani and Mitchelin were battling for first place for the most part of the race. Eventually Mitchelin got damaged and got me to 2nd place. I managed to get below 2:02:000 during the race, i pulled of a 2:01:966 :). There was no way i could (and can) keep up with Dani.

Grand valley speedway was awesome, Jawehawk and me were battling all the from start to finish. Funny moment was that a message popped up from my tv which said that the tv will shut itself down after 60 seconds if the cancel button is not pressed. Thankfully i was about to drive along the finish straight so i was on time for pressing cancel on my remote.

Why would your TV do that? :):dunce:

Looks at you guys. Hovering over the thread like a pack of hungry wolves. Waiting for me to open the lobby. Well, dinner is served. Opening the room now.

Well I have enjoy the first 3 races of the championship, pleased with my 15 points:)

The first race I got caught in the accident on lap 1, so went to pit. But something happened on pit entry, so my car didn't get fixed, so had to drive round again. I had this problem during my own practise, I think this another PD fault:nervous:

Tokyo was a good race, though got some damage, so had to pit, but did well.

Grand Valley was my best race, no damage, still find the section, just before first tunnel most difficult. My tyres were not the best, so the last 1/4 of the race were times were slow. Need more practise on worn tyres:drool:

Is this the long version of Chamonix or one of the shorter ones? Damage on or off Andy:)

Opening in rougly 30 minutes (12.00GMT).

Edit: Lobby is open.

... I didn't think you was opening the lobby that early :indiff: . I'm so used to it being later on in the day, sorry I missed a lot of races :banghead: .

You know, I put those countdown timers in the OP for a reason. On top of that, I post times for every single race in the OP aswell. So please, don't give me such excuses, when all you had to do was check the OP.

Hopefully, you'll be able to make the last 4 races. You fixed your DFGT yet?
