VW Golf GTI Mk5 Seen in scapes - prop or in-game car?

So in the latest GT Cafe video we get to see a Scapes segment. I've been hoping and praying that my own Mk5 Golf GTI makes it into Gran Turismo but so far i've held out on luck and hope. Cue my instant gawping when a Mk5 GTI appears in said Scapes scene! In your opinion, is it likely to be an in-game playable car or simply used as a prop? I wonder why they would go to any lengths to model this car without including it. I also believe the mazda to the right IS in the game?

Prop, it's been in GTS too.

EDIT: Or more like, it was just a parked car when they took the photo to make the Scape from.

Interesting that they didn't show off a new scape either and we know now the 2500 scapes will include those from Sport as well
