Autum Mini comes are you win every track on Hard in Arcade. I think. I've won the GT Championship and GT500 Chamionships quite a few times, it may have something to do with that.

Yes, 4wd can drift too.

Set up the rear end a little stiffer, put soft tires in front, and Sports tires in back....lose some downforce in back.....and set the front LSD softer, and the rear a little harder.

Try it with the 4-Door Nismo Slyline GT-R, best drifting car in the game.

I retract my previous statement (where've I heard that before?)...

The 4 Door Nismo GT-R isn't the best/easiest drift car in the game.

The Audi S4 is!

This car is a barrel of freakn monkeys to drive! Perfect drifts on EVERY turn. Easily to drift, easy to control.....the car is freaken perfect. Awesome replays. My new favorite car.

Car Setup:
......Spring Rate --12.2/14.5
.....Ride Height -- 104/114
...............Bound -- 8/9
...........Rebound -- 8/9
.........Camber -- 1.7/1.0
........Toe -- neg.10/pos.10
..............Stab -- 3/3

Brake Controller 24/24

------LSD------
Front / Rear
6 / 9
30 / 36
11 / 16

Upgrade everything to "Racing Spec" (no Racing Modification, however)....Stage 3 weight reduction, Stage 4 turbo, Racing exhaust & innercooler, ECU, p&p, engine balancing...ect...ect

Run Super Soft tires up front, and the Sports tires in back.

Take it to Laguna Seca (the 4WD race), turn in a little late in the corners...downshift once or twice (usaully hit corners in 3rd)...stomp the gas....keep the front tires pointed the direction you wish to do.......and WHEWWHOOHOO!........you're drifting!

-----Those of you who drive with the Auto Tranny may have a hard time drifting well.....as you'll need to be able to control the gearbox to it doesn't decideto upshift in the middle of a drift....thus, dropping the revs/power and ending the drift.

Have fun.

one more thing everyone might want to try is the scandinavian flick, a trick where you....
1. turn the opposite way of which you will when you turn(if its a left hander, turn right, directly before the apex). Turn very sharply, very quickly
2. Immediately turn the other way, or the corect way you want to be turning. You can either lift the throttle or apply brake modulation if you wanna be risky.

yes, yes it is.... just flew outta my mind for a sec..

No, that's just skidding.

You can tap the brake to break traction, but after that, it's all throttle manipulation.

Unless you're in a FWD car. You can hit the e-brake for a second to swing the back end out.
