If you don't have time to do it, why do it at all? Do you get satisfaction from B-Specing it?
Don't have 24 hours to spare? Don't do that race. Wouldn't you rather do a different race that's shorter and more fun?

I understand if you just want 100%, but even then you could always split it up into sections. PS2s and PS3s can go forever without breaking.
Because I need to get a Formula Gran Turismo to race in the relevant series and I don't have the time to do 24 hours at Nurburgring? Because the money is nice? But most of all, as has been said before, I have a life. And it is a life that doesn't allow me the luxury of spending hours on end doing endurance races.
how many peole have sat 24 hours and driven none stop? i know i didnt when i did my 24 hour endurance race
A lot of people use the sneaky trick of pressing pause during those races. 💡how many peole have sat 24 hours and driven none stop? i know i didnt when i did my 24 hour endurance race
I was responding to jakesmith...
another waste of time is the subaru 360 cup. you get a special blue 360. WWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWW! the same with the aston martins except gold coloured db9 and the tvr speed 12 a special chameleon colour. DOUBLE WOW
Yes. Who would want a TVR Speed 12, eh?

i have a list:
-someone who likes uber-powered cars that couldn't care less about the overall performance of their car..,
-someone who just likes to try something else/something new..,
-someone who just gets a little bored with all his other cars in GT4
hmm, that's about it, i guess..,

Learn the easy stuff, sure. When you're ready, oh Padwan learner, then you can see how to manipulate 'the force'. Only after many hours learning to feel it, will you become a Jedi warrior.
*yoda* Mmmmmmm, strong in this one....the force is mmmMMM. Yes yes, veeeeeery strong.
Oh, and mission 34 is a doddle. The trick is not to do it. Get the car, and practice in arcade mode. Turn after turn, lap after lap, hour after hour.
Mission 34 took about 15 attempts for me. The problem with it is going TOO hard with things. It's a fine line between taking it too easy and not catching the lead car and going all out and losing it with that damn Merc as any of us who've done it know.
I found MIssion 23 - the Skyline Slipstream Battle - to be a bit like that because your success depends upon the AI. Sometimes they'll run with you and you stand a chance of catching the leader, but more often than not they'll fight among themselves an slow right down. The race is over instant they do that because you can never catch the leader.Mission 34 literally is a waste of time. I'll show you how:
Step One: 2 minutes before actually getting to move at all.
Step Two: 7-10 minutes (unsure) to do a lap.
Step Three: 1-3 minutes to go mad and punch a hole in the wall
Step Four: 2 hours Preparing Concrete mixture to fill up that hole you made
Step Five: 2 Seconds (at most, hopefully) to retry the game.
Step Six: Repeat Step One.
That's the Vicious Cycle for You..

(on topic) a complete waste of time is the time spent waiting to go on the Challenges, i havent attempted Mission 34 due to the long wait. Its completely pointless, 2 minutes in a game spent waiting around is absurd
