Just get back on the bike and try again (so to speak).

People have done stuff like that before.

Plus, I doubt you are racing for fame... Your car selection (RX7) tells me you were racing for love of the game, not stats.

Next time you feel the urge to race don't hesitate to race with us.

I'm just happy I was nearly on par with a Div. 1 driver with the same car. Must press confirm next time! :doh:

Thanks man, I tried the most oddball car I could find. The problem was the suspension like you said, which makes it want to spin the car around on EVERY corner.

Here's my replay for this week. I thought the winners might be down in the low 40's but 39's, wow guys. Damn Z, just beat you out there, thought you had me for sure. Congrats to the podium winners in all divisions, good week everyone.

Fun racing though, El Capitan is just good fun!

My think on car choice was this. The Nissan was obviously the fastest choice. Any prototype (road version) will be. The only thing that could have competed was the Toyota GT-One road version, though I think it is much lighter (and not in GT4). The ZZ-II would compete too but was too powerful.

So of course I went with the RGT. Any chance I get to run a RUF in anger I will. I considered the Yellowbird and CTR2 but given that both needed detuning to get to spec, mainly lowering the HP and raising the KG...given both those cars are real life to the spec in the game I decided it was not in the spirit of those cars to detune them that much. I wouldn't in real life, so I won't in GT4.

So the RGT...that is one car that can be tuned to many a spec as in real life the GT3/RGT is tuned in weight and power to many classes, no worries there.

I also ran the 3400s and BTR around but both were nowhere near the RGT.

I also tired my beloved BMW M3 CSL, hey if I can't driver a Porsche/Ruf the next best thing is a BMW. Anyway the M3 CSL was faster than the RGT, by a second over 8 laps. The stiffer suspension and tighter gear box gave it the edge. However it's a BMW, not a Ruf...and even if slower I'll take the Ruf anyday of the week.

hey man, there's no need to even address this imbecile. i've dealt with him before and let me tell you, he is easily top 3 in the jerkoff hall of fame among those i've had the sad misfortune to come accross racing GT. really though, our take on on a comment as idiotic as that one isn't necessary. i'm sure every single person who read that though the same thing i did: "what a pencildick!"

sure you could have beaten that time. but you didn't. holl01 put in the extra effort and won with his resolve. saying you could have beaten a time is low-class and. you had your chance and you failed. next time try harder. and if you fail again, keep your little trick-ass comments to yourself. losing with difnity is juat as important as winning with it.

I didn´t said that for anything, just said, no things under that. Holl did one impressive time, its not bad just coz i said that with more time, i could had improve my time and probably beaten him. I didn´t say anything more, just that, so, im not seeing any reason for your girl´s screaming.

Saying that i could had got better and improved my time, its not a thing of "not being a sportsmanship". Its just saying the truth.

When i can´t match someone i just say. I can say to you that in some WRSs, i maybe couldn´t match the P1, yeah, he got fast. But when i know i can, i just say, i don´t see any problem in saying that tho.
