Well everyone,
I hope that this post marks the end of an unfortunate chapter in the Weekly Race Series.
I have settled on a solution and contacted TS020.
Sadly, this solution is a forced decision with little choice on TS020's end.
To end this in a public manner that is still polite...
TS020 will no longer be racing with the WRS.
To put it bluntly, he cheated.
Nothing more is required for all of us to know we should move on.
I hope we have no more trouble like this.
Let this serve as a warning to all who even consider providing false times. Cheating in any way will not be tolerated.
It should also be noted that thanks to TS020 coming clean and being honest with me after everything had played out, I have not pushed for a membership ban.
I hope this answers most of the general questions and puts this subject to rest for good.
