Um, how did Mr. P manage 167 mph? I've never exceeded 163, on occasion.

When one reads this comment, it implies that the speed that Mr P's started his run at 167 isn't possible. You posted it. You explain it.

Talentless, it seems your original post on this matter was misinterpreted and things esculated from there. I think you have made your point a few times already in this thread (and no, your posts aren't ignored) Looks to me like Ron got the wrong end of the stick when first noticing your comments and took offence (and I can see why in a way) he'll get over it though. Don't be offended either, it's just Ron throwing a tantrum, take no notice, he'll be back racing here as soon as a nice combo he likes comes along

I think I saw Mr.P driving with TCS off (someone asked this). Certainly, the times are possible without TCS. A 1'12.x should certainly be possible without TCS. I only gave it some 20 minutes for a little bit of spot racing with Rico (your number 4 guy I think) only to hear later this was the combo for the weekly series Despite a terribly slow (but very cool looking ) slide in the tunnel I got a 1'13.737 so the four tenths I lost there alone would have given me a competititive time already (this had a T1 of 14.0, and I saw a 13.6 too, so Mr.P's 13.7 was definitely not suspiciously fast in that section in case anyone else is still silly enough to doubt )

Have fun with next week! I just discovered that your number three guy is hosting a weekly i.Link series at his home, so that's what I'll probably be attending and you can expect him to get better and better at least with Arcade stuff. (and me 2 )

You should 've seen him yesterday when he heard he got 3rd place ... all happy and radiating.

Trust me, the wrs is so deep that we could never establish an order and if we did manage to do so, it would be way off from what we saw in this week's results.
First would probably be the same, but tons of great drivers would have to make appearances for us to get an honest order.

We have a ton of great racers and I just wanted to let you know that giving rank is something I try to avoid (I'm thinking of giving rank and publishing the race results as 2 different things).

I know that you meant nothing by it so please don't get upset or anything.

Oh, btw, if you really do want to see some representitive stats for the weekly go here
(this one is even better and it looks good for me none the less. )

Speaking of Jadaman.
I requested his replay and he has told me that he will have an xport with-in the next few weeks and upon that time he will supply his replay.

Just remember to keep that replay.

Now on a final note I also wanted to mention that after I talked to ron the other day he mentioned something about this race...
going into the 1'12 range is a sure thing from what I understand.
In fact, I don't think he put much time into this race...

So next time we all know that P is running let's give him some incentive to keep at the combo. 👍

Maybe then we will really start seeing some fast laps.

possible possible, also seen 13.6 so it's np....rest of Ron's lap is just great, but I think a 1.12 would be possible

just for speaking...my best time was a 1.13.6, next weeks there won't be anymore school's journeys, so I hope to enter times regularly

After having met him, I'm now applying his voice (in my head) to all his posts. I can just imagine him now - especially after his first experience in that RX-8

Anyway, we need you here Ron. Who else am I going to steal settings off and chase ghosts from?

Correction: he reached 168.

Curiously, I was running this very combination the previous week, but never got around to submitting. My best lap - in a race, I should add - was 1'14.8, but I was reaching 170mph before braking on the back straight. Ergo I can pull the first corner on the straight better than Ron, and possibly brake later for the 180 degree corner, but suckinate on the rest of the lap...

Not at all, I love racing in div 2. Having really tight finishes every week is far more fun than having my a** handed to me every week in div 1 I've been running in div two since the wrs was in it's teens, and I've only won twice. Every time I think I've got it nailed, someone always edges me out by a few tenths. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride
