Smallhorses
Hey Luxy, know I'm way slow and have propped up Div 1 regularly for a while, but, as far as I know there's not been a relegation for a long while, and I'd like to remain in Div 1 for a while yet! :P

Oops! :dunce: Sorry 'bout that Smallhorses. I can promise you won't be last in div 1 this week, I've got that spot pretty much wrapped up :P

hey all,

just had a few goes with Ron's settings...
best free run so far is xxxx, but could have been better

We can only discuss T times, so lap times, even when ran in free run should not be posted here.
Nice time anyway.

oki, I edited my post, I supposed free run laps would have been okay to be posted :ouch:

sorry

Rico :)

Don't count on it, I haven't been able to run as yet (except for a short 30min blast some days ago...), so I'm afraid I might get that lucky distinction instead of you Luxy!!!

Tried Ron's settings tonight, except for the gearbox (3.469 / 24 tranny trick) and TCS on 5, and I could see an immediate difference : more than 1 sec on my total race time, with a best clean at :
21.761 / 38.103 (best at 37.958)
15.938 / 32.642 (best at 32.233)
If I can manage 2 good laps tomorrow night and a proper apex in the hairpin there's another second to shave off. :ouch:

Niels, I hope you're not finished with your practice sessions, because from our current T2+T2 it seems you'll need the final evening ;)

It's all yours, Cyril. 👍

Our split's are close, but I lost a lot in the finish on both laps. I'm a full second faster on my best "in-race" laps, and I'll have another quick session, but don't really believe I can string them together. ;)

Remember to enjoy. I'll be back next week. :D

Finally found a little time to at least get a time in but it isn't anything special...

T1 - 21.800 (seen 21.650)
T2 - 38.607 (seen 38.402)

T1 - 16.084
T2 - 32.804

Saw an amazing second lap T1 that was marginal...

Dunno if I'll be able to find time tomorrow before deadline, so the above will be the worst submit...

I see I'm not the only one who's been ill this weekend :ill:

I'm up to submit my time:

Lap 1: 21.505 / 37.716
Lap 2: 15.744 / 31.939

It's nice to be back racing in GT3 for a change. Finally won me an R390 last night, took Ron's settings, slightly modified, and after a half hour I was down to 15.8 / 32.2 on the fast lap. Not quite there yet to be up to challenge Tannis and Hugo though, hopefully I will have time tonight to get a decent race in.

Lap 1:. T1-21.522(PB-21.2xx) T2-37.635(PB-37.4xx)
Lap 2:. T1-15.877(PB-15.2xx) T2-32.007(PB-31.7xx)
i think i'm losing time on the last left corner before the tunel:banghead:
Time submited

i could do better but i don't have more time.:banghead:

Time submitted.

21.867-38.628
16.038-32.671

BTW: Just got another bunch of Gmail invites. If anybody is interested, just PM me.

This was by far the most frustrating week in the WRS.
I have seen them al, 21.4 15.7 38.0 32.3 BUT not in my fastest clean lap.

This is what I'm going to submit,
T1 21.588
T2 38.353

T1 16.091
T2 32.956

Time submitted.
I had a 45 minutes session planned for tonight, and on my last race I improved my race time by 0.5 due to better hairpins.
But not much improvement in the T times :

21.608 / 16.008
38.214 / 32.487

I'm rather happy after this week-end. It's off-topic but I couldn't believe it, so I'll tell the story here.
On a lazy sunday morning (as usual) I was busy trying to improve my lesson times on GT4:Prologue.
I improved on lesson 23 (Viper @ Fuji straigth) from 9.575 to 9.285, saved my replay and while I was away for 2 minutes my son (aged 6) played a little bit. When I came back, he already had the best time with a 9.276 that I couldn't beat afterwards (his time would rank him 42nd on db.granturismo.de, ahead of people like daan, Arwin, lotus350, Max E, RacyBacy, Famine... Ok all of them probably didn't practice much on this lesson, but my son only ran it 5 or 6 times :scared: )
He's extremely proud of his time... and I'm lucky he doesn't play much :ouch:

Just about to submit this time:

22.007 / 38.759
15.906 / 32.260

Only spent about 45 mins of racing tonight on this combo! I've been busy all week so tonight was my only chance. Thanks to Mr P for the settings btw. 👍

@ flat-out: I've not played Prologue for a while ... good couple of months maybe. The times I posted on db.granturismo.de were those I rushed through to complete it. Having said that I tried coffee break 5 for a while. Best test yet IMO! I'm a bit miffed a 6 year old has bettered my time though. :grumpy:

I'm not looking forward to flat-out junior in the WRS!!

See you all next week.

Grrrr. Threw away a 15.7xx/32.2xx 2nd lap.... :irked:

Submitting time with splits from before. 👎

Better luck next week I hope.

yep im in next week, good luck to all, this week looks like a great turn out
