Ok, probably the lightest week we have had in all 34 weeks. :(

No PROS in this weeks race and that would be because they are all racing for GTPlanet in the Board Challenge!

Wish them all the best please!

Congratulations goes out to our podium finishers!

DSMAZDAGTR and Der Alta!

I'd also like to mention the mighty close race between Ellegance and Small_Fryz! Great race you two. 👍

So much for being late to work on a tuesday :grumpy:

Nice times everyone ! 👍

Edit: This may be a Dumb question, but where can I find a link to the Board Challenge ?.. I want to see how we do :D

GO GTPlanet !

i WAS gonna try to get a time tonight. but other things on my mind left me w/ no concentration and/or patience. shoulda done SOMTHIN tho, i woulda got a podium. haha

Tis a shame... Would like to have had at least 1 or 2 pros to see how I would have fared against them this week.

Good effort from Small_Fryz and Ellegence.
Those were around the times I was running before I managed to pull the miracle good first and second laps together... Thanks for the competition without which, I would have given up with my previous times of like 1:14 at first... I will post my previous times when I get home from work.

ANd thanks to boom for coming up with these challenging races week after week.

only 7 people... MUst be that Board challenge sucking up most of the others time.

Nice run guys. DS, Very nice! Cleaned an entire second off my time. Ouch.

Well, my possible submission times were as follows:

1:11.835 + 1:03.896 = 2:15.731 (After first session)
1:09.921 + 1:02.559 = 2:12.480 (After fourth session)

And my final submission time after sunday night.

I saw sub 1.10s 3 times in my final seating last night.. Never managed to couple it with a decent second lap :grumpy:

i saw a 1:09:5xx REGULARY but couldnt get a good second lap

I think one very serious benefit in the times I ran, were getting the right competition. If either the GT-One, R390, or 787B were on the pole, you couldn't out drag them to claim the lead at the first corner. If the Panoz, Viper or other were on teh pole, you could claim the lead at that corner and outrun the pack for the two laps.

DSmazdaGTR (wow!) and Der Alta, Congrats! 👍

Small_Fryz, at 160mph, 0.026 seconds = 6.1 feet.:eek: If we consider there was 132.504 seconds in this race, it amounts to 0.000196% difference in times.👍

If DS had posted his fourth session time, it would have split the podium over 0.050 seconds !!

Nice run guys!

Am going to jump into next weeks race now. Times later tonight! This one looks good!

Man, I keep getting slower...and slower...and slower! It's like a reverse [sychology thing almost! Oh well, I think I have a better chance this week (p/w limit; doesn't affect handling). Hopefully I will be able to compete...

Oh.. My final time was...
1:09.526 + 1:02.275 = 2:11.801

An dI agree... I found two thing really helped me bring down the times.
1) - I began starting in 3rd gear.
2) - I found that certain car combos were easier to pass, and get a decent line into the first corner, and this really helped bring down the first lap time.

Yo! sorry about that.

I'm stressin' on the board challenge too!

Thanks for the wishes and congradulations to both of the racers taking advantage of the racing power vacuum.

And ****! Der Alta showing up! hot damn.

I'm really happy to see you putting down a time in the weekly. I should be back in a little while so we can put down some times on the same races.

Bye
