Weekly Race Series, Week 44 - RESULTS

Hey everyone! Good racing. I know it was a quick one.


I'd like to first congratulate the podium finishers for their great times.
Sough with an amazing time as he makes his move up into Division 1. 👍 Good work man.
Cheers to Bollocks for taking top honors in Div. 2 and a great race run by gt4 as he takes the top spot in Division 3.

There are some changes happeing this week with some of our other racers. I'd also like to mention a few racers making a move up. Although we did not see a time from them this week, they have all show great improvement. First, Jpec07 will be making his move up into the highly competitive Division 2. Good work, you've earned it.
Also, a new comer to the weekly, but he has really heated things up and that is danoff. He will be making his move along with Sough up into Division 1. Good luck guys and great racing. 👍

Sweet deal! Let's hope I can compete in the new division (I doubt I'll be making first place for a while, but we'll see). Good runs to everyone who won, I ran a lap of this competition and wound up with a 1'05, but I figured it'd be better not to submit it (looks like I was right).

Sweet, nice to have you in Div 1 Wes. Its where you have always belonged Nice time once again, only marginally shy of your record... Think a 55.5 is possible? hehe
I gotta see what you do in that last sector... there is like a second difference almost
Good job also to ODP who is naturally ALWAYS fast and Bollocks who put in an excellent time. And as Sough said, we F1 old timers almost did sweep the first three spots. I must admit that F1 racing series all three of us were participating in the summer did help alot.

Also congrats to danoff and Jpec07 for their move up in division.👍

As for me, I achieved my goal... to be within one second of Wes ( but barely ) So I'm happy with the result

Well Im happy with that...

Im not exactly jumpin off the walls about it, but there are two things to it...

One, I got under 58.0.

Two, I didn't get dogged nearly as bad as I thought I was going to based on the pre-deadline **** talkin.

I mean, for real, I had my time still pinned to be a full second off the slowest of the f1 pack. (sough, t13r, heinrich)

Turns out, I was only 1.5 off the lead and .1 off the Heinrich... So maybe Im not outclassed.

I figure I will never get better if I don't work at it the best way I know how.

Maybe some tries at that thing, or the most recent 56.0, then finish the 78 at monaco...

Then go back to the record and try again.

Im not working to actually overtake that time, just wanna get better with the f1's.

Im not even that good with normal cars, so I would atleast like to work my f1 skills to that level. I figure it will round out my racing skills so that I will be better with normal cars after the new f1 skills are there.

Then agian, never know until I try...

Im also kinda doing the current race, so it might just be a waste of time for sough to post.

Which reminds me... Im just gonna go grab odp's lap...

lol, don't worry about the lap sough, let me get on that in another 6 months. (literally )

Nah, the .086 or what ever makes no difference, but after noticing that I was only .5 behind odp, I figured it actually would make a difference to learn from your 56.0 rather than someone elses 57.0
