DG_SilvaWell, the best has to be turkey curry, but you could always do turkey pie (shortcrust pastry case, chicken gravy, carrots and peas), served with mashed potatoes. Mother-in-law does deep fried turkey and chips on Boxing day. What about turkey enchilladas?

That's a lot of turkey!Canadian thanksgiving so pretty much turkey everything. So far I made turkey sandwiches, turkey wraps, and plain turkey. If you can think of other turkey meals or ways to incorporate turkey please tell me because I have at least 15lbs left lol.
