Brunch was a onion bagel with cream cheese.

Right now, I've the new WSM smoking some chicken leg quarters, boneless pork loin chops, ABT's and potatoes.

The ABT's should be ready around lunch-dinner (lunner?) time.

Hot wings with a blue cheese dressing for dip.
On the side I couldn't help but cut up some avocado to eat raw afterwards. Odd combo I know but I love avocado and the wings were the only meat I had in the house at the moment.

ABTs, Chicken Leg Quarters and Boneless Pork Loin Chops are done. A bit early, but oh well. Potatoes and Corn have a bit more to smoke.

ABTs are done and no, that's not burnt, it's concentrated smoke.

Brunch was a ham & cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato with a side of Dutch potato salad and some chip crumbs the Booger Machines were kind enough to leave me at the bottom of the bag.

Bought half a gallon of this to spite the naturetards that sued PepsiCo.

Smells and tastes like Apple-Banana-Algae-Broccoli. Surprise! Those are the ingredients. I'm very sensitive to cyanobacteria and algae smells since I've handled them a lot in some of my labs. Maybe that's why I pick up on them so strongly in this drink anyway. Wouldn't be my first choice, but it's not bad at all. LOVE the texture. If all their smoothie drinks are this nice and smooth, I'll definitely try the others.

Just wish they made it cheaper and loaded it with GMOs. Taste should be priority. Screw the hippies.

"Looks weird, tastes amazing" - I think I knew her. ;)

I went all Caribbean last night with jerk chicken, rice and pea and Red Stripe.

Haddock baked in tomatoes and olives with a soya bean and proscuitto salad.

Not sure what we're having tonight but Mrs AT shouting down the stairs "get the sausages out the freezer" might be a clue.

Too much leftovers in the fridge so didn't make breakfast for the Booger Machines. Since I was cleaning out the fridge, I was getting hungry at all the food so I had breakfast this morning. Not a 'traditional' breakfast, to say the least, but it was pretty damn good. Damn good food makes for a damn good breakfast. We have have breakfast for dinner, so why not lunch for breakfast?

BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Potato Sticks, Dutch Potato Salad and Tortilla Chip Crumbs (yet again, the Booger Machines were kind enough to leave me with the crumbs at the bottom of the bag.)

Today I went to this place for lunch.

http://www.wasabi.uk.com/

Got some soup and noodles. Very nice and very quick no sooner had I paid and the soup was hot for me to eat. Beats any other fast food for me.

If you are ever in London I would recommend this place fully.

Just had some leftover homemade mashed potoates and steamed broccoli. The wife made the veggies and fried chicken cutlets last night.

A friend of mine caught about 40 mackerel yesterday and gave me a few, so I had them grilled with a bean salad and pan-fried asparagus.

Brunch was the last piece of Petrilli's that Little Booger couldn't finish. Also had some Pringles Stix Pizza Flavor. Something new at the store. Tastes nothing like regular Pringles chips, but it's OK. I also had a small scoop of Dutch potato salad and Blue Moon Belgian White.

Every day I eat a portion of Jell-O - or Knox unflavored gelatin which I make with my favorite fruit juice.

After doing this for two months, I noticed my fingernails grew stronger and healthier, with no more cracking or splitting. The joints in my hands also felt stronger and more comfortable. I've been eating gelatin dishes now for 8 months with considerable enthusiasm. I often dice/cube it and consume it with morning breakfast cereal, or in salad dishes later in the day.

I'm convinced this has powerful health benefits which go beyond what I've described. Part of the benefit is the water you consume in the gel state, which is up to 95% of the prepared dish of Jell-o or Knox gelatin.

For those in doubt about what's in gelatin, it's animal skin, fat and connective tissue which has been refined, boiled and dessicated.

Just finished 3 packs of Hello Panda Creme snacks (while watching the new Pokemon episode that premiered today).... about to go for a 4th right now. I also have a 10 pack package of the Strawberry and Chocolate waiting for me start eating... and 3 Pocky Chocolate with almonds

Fried fish, pinto beans and potato pancakes for dinner. Stole a Ben & Jerry's Red Velvet Cake ice cream from the GF for dessert. Hee-hee. :D

Geez, don't tell Jamie Oliver or he'll be calling Cameron and asking him to ban trifles and jellies at kids parties! ;)

We had Moroccan Chicken and cous cous last night promptly followed by filling the kids with Haribos at an open-air film festival.

Had a plate of Japanese thin wheat noodles that is commonly dubbed as "Soumen" in my country, it's just for eating as a seasonal food to keep yourself cool. :P

Had some Mexican style Meatballs, with vegetable soup.

That sounds good, I wish I could try some
