Despite my earlier protests I ended up doubling down on the Double Down when I passed KFC today for fear of missing out when it goes away some time around the Ides of March. I also got one for later so I doubled down on doubling down on the Double Down.

For breakfast this morning, I ate two cups of grits, 3 strawberry Pop-Tarts, 1 bagel, 1 eclair, and a bowl of Rice Krispies without the milk. I'm taking a break off the oatmeal.

Off camera is a can of Coke Zero and a lot of regret. This reminds me of a high school meal.

Tomorrow will be whiplash as I have some Japanese sticky rice and seared chicken ready for a nice meal.

I can hardly talk - I had 8 gyoza dumplings and 3 small packs of Wotsits for my dinner, followed by a can on 7% cider with a side of regret.

Dinner, so far, has consisted of: 3 good IPAS and one great IPA.
Our own take on egg McMuffins (English muffins, eggs, cheese and Canadian bacon), garlic red potato hash browns and sliced peaches are the filling portions of said dinner.
Beer good.
Breakfast for dinner good!

I've never eaten from Cane's before. Have you heard of Freddy's. They have burgers, steaks, fries and other good meats and sides/drinks.

Hey, for lunch I just ate a turkey wrap with lettuce, a chicken sandwich with ketchup and some Lay's potato chips. Pretty limited still on what I can eat. Can't really consume a lot of sugar.

Redemption for yesterday’s garbage.

Chili chicken with a little bit of sweet glaze, fine chopped spinach, cabbage & sweet onion (raw), broccoli boiled in the deglaze water, on top of Japanese sticky rice.

I will say, I love the crunch from the raw veggies.

It was.. well, well done lol. Wasn’t bad!

I think I actually prefer a well done pizza here and there, it reminded me of a pub style - though I will make sure to keep an eye on it next time.

Chang beer. Although I occasionally grab a few IPAs for the taste.

Honestly, I’d take a well done pizza over an under-cooked pizza any day. Luckily my local Italian hasn’t made a mistake in the past 10 years.

Never had it. The closest one is maybe 50 minutes away. If I'm ever in that area or thereabouts, I may have to check it out. 👍

For dinner we're having roast beef, white rice, Seggiano spaghetti and some green beans. That should tie us over until breakfast tomorrow.
