Thawed enough to Foreman grill the cap. Montreal steak seasonings. Amazon honey bbq sauce with ghost pepper sauce for dips.

I'm gonna have to search for those at my local Food Lion, the good thing is, we have two of them in our small town, and population of about 9,000 people.
