Shin Ramyun Spicy noodles, but with Stir fry Veggies as an experiment. Added a nice bit of chunky texture.

For breakfast, I'm going to have some Blueberry Pop-Tarts, 2 granola bars, an English muffin, pancakes and 3 waffles. My mom is having some bananas, 2 red apples, a couple waffles and a bowl of Rice Krispies without the milk.

Now for an early dinner, I'm having some grilled chicken, fusilli, spaghetti, a cup of white rice and 4 dinner rolls. My mom is eating 2 medium pizzas made with no cheese and uses only tomato sauce as a topping.

Calzone no. 3 - or rather "CarniZone" - sure sounds good on paper (or greaseproof paper in this case): "Seasoned chuck and short rib beef, peri-peri chicken, pepperoni, creamy fior di latte and a drizzle of honey on our spicy base. Sweet, mildly spicy and irresistible."

I'm sure if it doesn't live up to this lofty promise I'll be griping about it on this thread.

[EDIT] Oh yeah, this is something else. 👌🏾

While my wife and son are only Jew-ish, I had a go at Passover dinner. We're not kosher at all, but my wife grew up eating things like chicken and sweet potatoes on Passover so I want to attempt to keep that alive to some degree.

But boneless chicken thighs seasoned with McCormick Flavor Inspiration Maple Cayenne and then basted with hot honey, sweet potatoes made with nutmeg, all spice, and cinnamon, fried apples with maple syrup and cinnamon (instead of charoset, which I don't like), and a salad to be healthy. I'm sure this isn't the least bit kosher, but it was pretty tasty.
