Darn it, I'm gonna listen to this whole album. The entire band were at the top of their game and I like that each track has a middle eight or breakdown section and how the songs segue into each other.
Gonna dip my toes into their other four albums but I don't remember them being as good since the original line-up split.
[EDIT] The Anvil is pretty okay but less rocky and missing John McGeoch's guitars.
i've been listening to this playlist a lot lately. recently i haven't been doing the best mentally due to some personal issues, but BTS always helps me feel a little better.
After realising I've never heard an R.E.M. album I'm listening to Murmur. It's extremely tuneful so far.
Next I'm going to try Reckoning and as many of their subsequent albums as I can get through. Although maybe I should stop when Berry leaves after Automatic For The People.
