Cool I was on Team 68 Truck Town Thunder back in high school

Cool! One of the teams older than my own. It is hard to come across some of those low numbers nowadays. You guys have a really good team as well. They have won a lot of awards (34 of them).

COMcheck™ for a Residence Inn in Ohio.

Looks to be another long night. :grumpy:

Making a batch of homemade, high octane, high fat, high calorie ice cream for one son followed by regular, low fat, low calorie ice cream for the rest of the family.

His is better. :indiff:

Oh man, I know how much that sucks

Yesterday, we were eating, everyone with their high-fat sandwiches with god-knows what with mayonaise and stuff, while I was crunching on nuts. Next thing my dad looks at me, as if he was thinking "You want some? Common, it's reaaaaaally good!...you low-fat eating idiot..."

Oh man diets suck :dopey:

I just got done riding my bike 3.5 miles to work. It felt good to get the legs pumping again, but that 15-20mph head wind the whole time sucked even with the Aero bar.

Not that one. This one. :P

If the wind stays the same direction for the ride home... sweeeet. Unlikely.

∞ miles/gallon FTW!

Making a few phone calls to line up some 'buyers' for a piece of property I'm trying to get under contract here in the 'burbs of Sacramento'...If all goes well, I should be able to flip my option to another investor for about $9,000.00...or better yet, get an owner/occupant in there and get a monthly positive cash flow of about $200...after deducting mortgage payment and insurance that is.

Wouldn't you be better off dumping it for the $9k now or are you planning on not only keeping said property, but keeping it occupied for the 4 years that it'll take to make the same $9k at $200/month?

The rough draft of a 5-8 page research paper on the fall of communism in the Soviet Union. I gotta stop procrastinating.

Just 5-8 pages? Thats not that much now...

I'm eating a delicious taco dinner that I decided to make on a whim this evening... Then I'm off to scout for good places to take photos of the Celica...

For a freshman in highschool, maybe. Still, I'm not complaining, it's coming along pretty quick and we had a long time to do research.

For his age, I'd say that's quite a long paper. I think the longest paper I've written is only 7 pages still.

As for me, I'm in having a live discussion with my history class IM style. This is pretty interesting.

Back at work looking over Mechanical plans for a project I need 4 sets of plans plotted, signed and delivered by 8:30am.

It might be a long night...

Both of the above, just for a different hotel.

It's going to be a long night.

Edit: Enough of this. I'm going home and be back in a few hours. Mt. Dew isn't working any more.

Making a Power Point that was due last Friday, but I skipped that day so I wouldn't have to present and could work on it over the weekend. That didn't happen, so I'm up at 4 in the morning getting it done so I can present it this afternoon.:)

Two-thousand word radio treatment due in two weeks, as well as a six-thousand work "rolling case study" due four days later and a fifteen-minute script for a college musical in September.

Ahh those nights of last minute homeworking. Those were always so fun. I'm glad I've figured a thing or two out about this may term, so I can spend less work nightly on it that I would a regular, full length class.

Now? I'm procrastinating on going to sleep and getting sugar high on jellybeans. It's nice not having to get up for anything anymore...

Only 3 more days and I can enjoy that feeling, till August at least.

D*mn. Wish I could have learned that much back in high school.

Currently listening to Holiday Road, and putting together & uploading 3 SuperGT Rounds from 2006.

hey, i'm kinda into fire alarms(google my username), so, does the picture(which annoyingly didn't show up here, that's what i absolutely loathe about the quote button) show any NACs(Notification Appliance Circuits)? if so, which system did you or the customer decide for the building? because if it's Notifier, the place'll burn down before the control panel will even realize that there's a fire. and, no pull the pullstations, and smoke in the detectors will not help. Notifiers tend to "go to sleep" at random times, sometimes right before a fire occurs.

but, what am i doing right now? waiting on eBay for a Fire Lite MS-5024UD fire alarm control panel, so i can start doing test videos on youtube. and i bet nobody else wants to know all the other pieces of my fire alarm system, right?
