What are your 2024 GT7 goals?

My goals are simple get a 330 , a Daytona coupe and a 2nd Enzo. Unfortunately getting a 2nd Enzo is harder than the other 2 combined because I can grind and now for certain if I have enough credits I can get them but there is no way I can get an Enzo unless I get an elusive Ferrari invite.

As for my goal its still the same grind alot and continue to buy more of my favorite cars.👍

For me it's a question of finishing the final few CEs, completing the car collection and finishing the Human Comedy missions. Nothing that is especially hard I think, just a question of time.

A more ambitious goal would be a top 250 time in the TTs. At the moment I can usually manage a comfortable gold time in one 30-60 min session but rarely revisit, I think if I make the effort to do several longer sessions at each TT then I might have a chance.

I've made good progress. I managed my ambitious goal with place #246 in the Genesis TT at Monza (woop), I've completed the car collection aside from the 3 invitation Ferraris, and I've done all the Human Comedy missions except Red Bull, which I've not even tried yet but I hear is easier than Maggie. Can't complain.

Hello there (and happy new year)

2024 is almost gone and I wonder how well did you guys do related to your 2024 goals.

I got to complete the licenses, missions and almost every CE. (2 rally tracks and the big boy Nurburgring still to be done).

Also online time trial wise, I think I got some improvement there. I've been reaching the yellow zone on Thursdays quite often and sometimes by the time the registration period ends, even a couple or top 1000 placements. Which I could never ever think about it back when I started doing the TTs.

I'll try to play everyday (at least get the DW) except when I'll be on real holidays riding my bike in the moutains without a computer or event access to my PS5.

I'll try to further my golding of CE. (nearly 100% sure I won't be able to gold everything)

For the missions, I don't care, those drift missions are a definitive roadblock to me.

Not much change. Attempted the mission with the Miata at Tsukuba, and failed.

I'll try to do TTs regularly and get at least silver.

Done, and some gold in the pocket !

I'll finish my car collection, just a question of waiting the last cars now (less than 12 missing) oh and I still need a Lambo invite, so completing the collection is far from guaranteed.

2. try to beat my record of 644th in the world in the TT and try to be more regularly in the top 1000 so that my leaders friend board are afraid of me !!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

18 times in the top 1000 out of 60 TTs raced in 2024. And beat my 2023 record (644th) in the TT83 by finishing 178th.
On the other hand I don't scare my list of friends because they have crossed over to the alien 👽👽 side and are really very fast...🤣🤣

3. Since my G29 is not compatible with PS5 because it is too old (purchased at the same time as the PS3), seriously consider buying a Fanatec Gran Turismo DD PrPro.

Done with the purchase of the GT DD PRO 8Nm with the McLaren GT3 V2.

In general improving my driving skills even further.
There is always some aspects of driving technique to improve on.
But yeah as I said before to me it's all about refining and mastering my driving skills 😁

4. Golding TT.
5. Golding Master Super License with shifter.

Nice thread idea.

1. Complete the game: gold every event and license, win every race
2. Gold all TTs I participate in
3. Start and regularly participate in daily races and GTWS and learn how to be a consistently clean driver
4. Get the platinum trophy

Still some ways to go to completing it all.

Trying to gold every TT led to burnout. Now I only allot a certain time for each and don't bother if I do not make the gold time.
Hardly doing any multiplayer races. I enjoy TTs and progressing the single player content completion. There isn't much time left for online races.

Finally got the Platinum some weeks ago when the GT40 mark IV was on sale.
