Been using Firefox, still using Firefox. They were great but unfortunately their new release aren't as great as they were. I'm currently on version 9.0.1 and so far it's good but sometimes it went 'Not responding' for whatever the reason is...

If version 10 is no better, I might be moving...

Mostly use Firefox, on Fedora Linux :) As you see, I support open source software, thus my choice for Firefox is pretty clear.

I do use Chrome/Chromium as a backup browser, when things decide to break. Like Java.

Used to have Firefox, but after the performance break-in from 2009 I used Chrome.
Til now I'm very happy ^^

At work I use IE, but only because some of our company intern programs keep on bugging up on other browsers.

I usually stick to google chrome. However I need to hop on to IE whenever I need to check my email because Verizon, one of the largest communications companies, do not include google chrome support on there email system. What's up with that?!

Have used firefox for years and years now... But have recently switched to chrome. The main reason being FF kept crashing a locking up my pc. Chrome seems a lot better

Finally had enough with IE, this morning and made the switch to Chrome. Very happy with it so far.

I use firefox... but i am kind of surprised IE is beating Chrome. Their loss i guess , "IE sucks cause it *cough* crashes all the time and *ack* is slow like a turd going through sandpaper tubing."

I use Firefox for the most part, though starting to use Safari more and more. I haven't touched/tried Chrome much at all.

I'm a recent Chrome convert. Some websites just load so slowly on Firefox its not worth it. I haven't had Chrome load anything slowly on me yet and the add-ons for it are fantastic.

This. 👍

That's because the poll was started back in early 2006 and the first beta of Chome wasn't around until the very end of 2008. In other words the poll is almost twice as old as Chrome. Note that Chrome was tacked onto the end of the poll fairly recently. Combine that with the fact that all Windows machines come with IE pre-installed whereas you have to go out of your way to install Chrome (not very far out of your way, but even so).

Both Firefox & Google Chrome. Firefox have lots of add-ons, Google Chrome is simply fast. But I'm more into Firefox since I'm so reluctant to close any of my staggering 20+ tabs!

In the past I've used Opera (my all time favourite), Firefox, and Chrome. The last build of Opera was too buggy to be useful so I switched to Chrome which I liked (fast, compact) but then I switched back to Firefox due to the inability of Chrome to properly block web bugs (I'm not a fan of Google's new (lack of) privacy policy and Firefox with Ghostery or NoScript allows complete control)

I prefer Chrome. Much faster than Firefox and since I don't do alot on the web except GTP, YouTube, Google and some other forums it's not bad at all. Though it lags occasionally it happens to run better on my laptop then Firefox.

IE just sucks.

I just recently jumped from Firefox to Chrome, and the difference in speed is just mind boggling.

And yes. IE sucks.

Actually just switched over to Opera from FF just to try something different. And this speed.....it's insane.

Not sure on reliability, but I'll give it a week and if it holds up I'll be sticking with this for a while.
