What car did you use for GT All-Stars Championship in iB?

Thanks for all the responses guys.

So I ended up using the Tommykaira ZZII fully modded with the power turned down just a few %.

Definitely recommend using this car. It has AWD, front and rear downforce, a skyline engine that at 650pp has about 950 hp

I tuned the susp slightly to get rid of the understeer and added about 10 to front and rear downforce. Torque split I set to 30/70

Ended up winning every race in the championship by a large margin with no aids other than abs at 3 and skid force turned on. It was almost a little too easy lol

Edit: This car is also great for grinding "Like the Wind: Special Stage Route X" once you win this championship. With the downforce turned down and the transmission tuned up to max speed, it will go 280 mph with no problem

Don't mean to be picky, but you took a really fast car and then you made it even faster by tuning it into oblivion, then you "didn't use any aids" aside from the biggest driving aid of all (Skid Recovery Force) and a higher than normal level of ABS.

You shouldn't be surprised that it was "almost too easy". Of course it was too easy!

You're right about the fact it was too easy, but I more so prefer the strictly stock time trials that thankfully they have finally offered with the BMW M4. All of the TTs I'm pretty sure dont even give you an option to turn off skid recovery force so I don't mind keeping it on for everything while I grind to get enough money to afford the gt f1 car and/or red bull x201_. But yea, this championship probably would have been a little more interesting if it was neck and neck.

I got golds in this series with a Mines GTR. It is one of my favorite cars. Its not free, but its the best 200k credits you'll spend, imo.

I can't exactly remember, but I think I have every tuning option maxed out, then limited it down to the appropriate PP. Its was a little tough at points, and I didn't often win by much, but the sharp acceleration makes it easy to overtake when exiting corners. Apricot Hill gave me more trouble than any other track, but there was a Huayra that put up a good fight.

I used the Nissan GT-R GT3 prize car from GT5 Academy without further modifications.

There is the championship with FXX and without FXX...

I raced against FXX, for some reason the GT-R GT3 as tremendous understeer in the first corner at High Speed Ring, I came second, as at Bathurst, where I made a mess on the chicane once. Won the other three races.
Then I entered High Speed Ring and Bathurst as single event to get the last star for win, no FXX, damn too easy

You're giving me nightmares about the Huayra dude, it was so far away.
The AI is pretty bad at driving it. You have to make up all of your time on corners, especially since the AI slows to a crawl for most turns. But you won't stand a chance on straights unless you are close enough to draft.

If you can get 3rd or higher for the whole series you can take the license test for iA, which is pretty easy. If you get all golds you'll get a G37 that is awesome. I haven't taken mine out against the Huayra, but I'm sure it is competitive. Or if you finish up Goodwood you'll get a Citroen GT, which is also pretty great, but a littler more difficult to control imo.
