It Looks like it is an aftermarket part...

Frankly speaking I forgot that it was in GT5.. It's one of those cars that one doesn't drive much.

At first I thought it was from the new premium Renault Alpine, as the water temperature gauge (left) says "Eau", water in french. In GT5 there weren't any old premium french cars, so the only known option was the Alpine.

And the center gauge is a rev counter, the speedo is on the passenger side...
