mmm, a motherboard with integrated audio(other than PC speaker).... I don't know, I'd rather just get one w/out the onboard sound and get a seperate soundcard...

Actually it isn't any worse than any other normal sound card. I have my PC plugged on my stereos and I get a nice quality sound out.
And it doesn't slow me down when overclocking. As you can see I have a quite high FSB.
