Do they never brake?
Do they push people off the road?
What do you think they do?
NVR mind the drifting thing.

What's e-brake?

I think it's to push other players(drivers) off the road :(

E-brake is Emergency brake. It's not actually called an "Emergency Brake"... it's called a "Make the car smell funny".

The average GT player is a good player. The average noob is one that just doesn't drive well. And drifts a lot, so third option for me.

The average GT n00b attempts to drive trough a 90 degree turn without brakes, crashing into a wall and finally blames the game for being unrealistic... Trial and error.

Haha that's completely wrong. They must be silly.

I did believe I did all of these a few months back, mostly in Arcade so should not have made too many victims. :scared:

In others (never really did this):
* Swirl around the track as if all of it is yours
* Change lines continuous on long straights
* Go on the track as soon as possible after a mistake, no matter who else is there
* Never show any sympathy, when you accidentally do something doubtful, because you are the baddest boy/girl/....

B.t.w. E-Brake is the US name for what Europeans call "hand break", which can be useful in drifting, but is not most fun.

The average noob, like myself :D, yes, attempts to drive without braking. Also, they wouldn't try pushing other car's off the road, they'd either use a really fast car against slow AI, or use B-Spec all the time. I doubt they would get much driving experience.

Voted for all. I was doing all that stuff when I played GT1. Sometimes in GT5P too. :P

Well it would be a treat to do different things like push opposing cars off the track.
I was also enjoying pushing them off

I voted both 'doesn't brake' and 'other'. The average n00b doens't have a clue when to brake. I've viewed this first-hand, as I have a good friend who recently did some GT2 races with me. He didn't know when to brake, and was constantly ramming into walls or spinning out cuz of this. Even when I was a n00b to GT4, I didn't know when to brake...I had to learn this! GT4 has different rules than earlier GTs.

It's hard to say whether the average n00b pushes cars around. When I was a n00b, I didn't push anybody around...at least not intentionally. I'm sure a lot of n00bs play 'demolition derby', but it's hard to gauge actual statistics.

Most n00bs don't even know what the e-brake is. I've seen plenty that didn't even know GT has a handbrake! Those that do know GT has this option probably do experiment with it for sure (I certainly did when I was a n00b).

You have to be a good driver to properly drift in GT4, so that marks that one off. And experienced players also have tendancies to punt other cars off, so I chose the top one - because whats the first thing someone new to GT does? Ram into the first corner wall because they didn't know/grasp that GT4 is slightly realistic.

I voted for all the choices, for I, having been a noob for a while, have tried everything on the list.

Also, add max out every car's power without messing with the gears,

Funny. When me and a friend of mine played GT2 for the first time in his house (I had played it earlier in mine), we were driving in Tahiti Road (if that was the name of the track). After three or four laps, I said "hey, you brake before the turn, you can go faster! Awesome!".

NOOB.

I used to have a friend years ago. He was okay at GT2, but not as good as me. So during 2-player races, I got in the habit of calling out "BRAKE" when he needed to brake.

...it was either this, or let him screw up. Then I'd get so far ahead of him, I started to actually feel bad. :indiff: :guilty:

The average n00b b specs a race while using a fast car against super slow opponents(example, a cobra racing against people no faster than a mazda 110)

I remember when I was a n00b in GT3. I would always wall-ride, even on Trial Mountain. It took me about 3 days to realize what the square button was for...:indiff:

Hahaha. I remember wall-riding super speedway with the escudo in GT3. You can do the whole endurance race on 1 pair of tiers.

hmm, I vote the second one, because.. I've done it before :D (so it means that I'm still a n00b :P). It was fun, but it's not fair hehe but I didn't do it again.

The cars I drive have their parking brake on the floor. 💡

Yeah it's fun. But we can't compete under the same condition.
