What if George W. Bush and Saddam Hussien where Fighting? Who would win?

I think Bush would based on the age difference and health. Bush is supposedly able to bench 185, he's probably fitter than Bill "jogger" Clinton ever was in office. Saddam is in his 70s, bush is 56, saddam is about 75. Unless Saddam is a better fighter, I'd go with Bush.
